Developing a housing plan that addresses multiple aspects of our housing shortage. Affordable housing, workforce housing and strategic housing for first responders and civic workforce.

Working with SFPD, the DA, Sheriff’s Office, the Courts and other stakeholders to make sure the revolving door is closed, prevention methods are implemented and our community feels safe.

A urban design and development plan that brings the amenities to the southside and creates a sense of place that Southsiders and all Santa Feans can be proud of. A new plaza, senior center, a transit hub, a performing arts and event space, a permanent Farmers market and a small business mercado and shopping area where start ups and established businesses can grow.

Based on a proven best practice in communities like San Antonio, I will bring a partnership together that develops a “One Door” campus style homeless shelter and wrap around services facility. The goal of such a facility is to provide shelter and daytime services for the homeless population of Santa Fe

In our first 100 days we will develop a plan to fix our roads and parks during the construction season.

Develop regional partnership, best practices, financing plan that puts a next generation wastewater facility in place that lasts for generations to come.

The General Plan is a once a generation planning document that will lay out the path for our growth for longer than any Mayor typically serves. My background as an architect and urban designer gives me the most insight and ability to guide this process into a document we can use for the decades to come. With a well thought out General Plan, our growth can match our goals. Equity, Sustainabilty, a high Quality of Life and Economic Opportunity for All.
